Adam F. Stulberger, Managing Director. Mr. Stulberger joined Tailwind in 2003. Mr. Stulberger has been an investor, corporate executive and advisor in the media/communications sector for more than 12 years. Prior to joining Tailwind, he was Chief Development Officer of SpectraSite Communications, where he oversaw mergers & acquisitions, strategic alliances and capital raising, and Chief Financial Officer of SpectraSite Europe, the company’s European subsidiary. Previously, Mr. Stulberger held senior positions at Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse First Boston, focusing on media and telecommunications investment banking. Earlier in his career, he was a corporate attorney at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. Mr. Stulberger is a director of Concord Music Group LLC, Flying Bear Media, Inc., MediaLive International, Inc., NextMedia Group, Inc., and TowerCo Holdings LLC. He is a graduate of Lafayette College, where he received his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, and of New York University School of Law, where he received his J.D. degree, magna cum laude. |
