Mark L. Epstein, Managing Director - Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Epstein joined Tailwind in 2003 and serves as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Epstein has held senior management positions with several operating companies, including serving as senior vice president for Vornado Realty Trust, where he had responsibility for development and acquisitions, as chief financial officer and chief operating officer of Numark Industries, which he co-founded, and as the financing partner at The Kaempfer Company, where he developed expertise in project management, financial operations, debt and equity financings and business operations. Prior to business school he was a CPA and senior accountant at Price Waterhouse.
Mr. Epstein is a graduate of Brown University, where he received his B.S. degree. He received his M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School. |
