 Jeff Just, President and Director, has a finance degree from the University of Virginia and has been starting and running companies for over twenty years. As Executive Vice President of Operations of the Gunst Corporation, he was responsible for all facets of a $5 million per year, 200-employee company that owned and operated 26 restaurants. Jeff was a commercial real estate broker and also co-founded and operated First Innovation Inc., a real estate investment firm that created and marketed a unique financing vehicle. For the past five years he has focused exclusively on negotiating site leases as an independent consultant on behalf of wireless carriers on the East Coast. Jeff was retained by a major wireless carrier to be its representative in many of its dealings with the City of New York.
