Mark Parr, Vice President of Network Operations, has over 24 years of wireless and wire-line telecommunications systems development, operations, business development, and project management experience in the carrier sector. Recent accomplishments include the turn-key design/ build for the following; a dual-band Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) for Merrill Lynch's World Financial Center headquarters and their New Jersey brokerage and data operations office, a multi-carrier DAS for PriceWaterhouseCoopers at their new high-rise world headquarters in mid-town Manhattan, a dual-band dual-feed DAS (in-building and macro optical system) at the Tropicana Resort and Casino in Atlantic City, the program management for the Wi-Fi network at Logan International Terminal E and consulting/developing Baltimore/Washington International (BWI) airport's comprehensive Neutral Wireless Access System (NWAS) request for proposals. Additional turn-key DAS projects include, but are not limited to, installations at the Palisades Center Mall, the second largest mall in the U.S., Southeastern Pennsylvania Transit Authority (SEPTA), and the Environmental Protection Agency's headquarters Federal Triangle complex in Washington DC. As President of Broadcast Wireless Management, he was responsible for the acquisition, management, and integration of commercial and public radio broadcast spectrum nationally for wireless applications. As Vice President for SEIKO Communications he was the telecommunications principal for the design, deployment, and sustaining operations of a carrier-grade international telecommunications system including the integration/operation of the wireless system component for the first full large-market Intelligent Transportation System (ITS).
